The cashback appears in your Wanteeed account within 48 hours after the purchase.

Pending: We are awaiting validation of your cashback and the payment of the commission by the merchant.
Confirmed: Once the total of your confirmed cashback reaches £20, you can withdraw your savings via bank transfer.
Savings requested: Transfers are processed at the beginning of the month. For example, if you request your withdrawal on July 15th, you will receive your savings in the first week of August.
Paid: The transfer has been made.
Declined: This cashback is declined by the partner. This typically includes orders that have been canceled (returned to the seller, incomplete payment, etc).

The validation times for cashback by merchants vary between 1 to 3 months, except for special cases such as hotels, stays, and trips, for which it may take up to 3 months after the consumption of the reservation. If your cashback is still pending after these deadlines, we invite you to contact Customer Service. Only claims for purchases made more than 48 hours ago and within the last 6 months are accepted. Don't forget to provide us with:

  • The email address used for the order
  • The order number
  • The date of the order
  • The invoice or order confirmation email (showing the total amount of the order)

And we'll take care of everything!

This status is temporary and can last up to 3 months. It allows the merchant to verify that your purchase was made according to the required conditions (no total or partial return of goods, fully paid order, etc.). This waiting time is beyond our control. As long as you don't receive your cashback, we don't receive our commission either. Therefore, it is in our best interest for you to claim them!

A cashback can take up to 48 hours after the purchase to appear in your Wanteeed account. If it still doesn't appear after this period, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • You did not go through the Wanteeed website or Wanteeed extension before making your purchase.
  • You went through the Wanteeed website or extension, but you did not log in before visiting the merchant.
  • You are using an ad blocker; Wanteeed services are not compatible with programs or extensions that block ads or cookies (Adblock, Freebox ad blocker, etc.).
  • You browsed another website between activating the cashback and confirming your order (coupon sites, Google, Kelkoo, competing cashback sites, etc.).
  • You took advantage of a personalized exclusive offer (for example: an offer received by email, mail, discount voucher, credit, or other). Cashback is not compatible with private sale sites.
  • You finalized your order with a telephone advisor.
  • No cashback is awarded for the purchase of a gift card, voucher, or gift certificate.
  • Each merchant has special conditions for cashback activation. You can check them on the merchant's page on our site. A part of the page is dedicated to cashback and its activation conditions.

If none of the reasons explains why you have not received cashback, you can submit a claim to our Customer Service. Only claims for purchases made more than 48 hours ago and within the last 6 months are accepted.

It happens that some cashbacks are declined by partners, and several reasons can explain the refusal of your commission by the merchant:

  • You returned or exchanged part or all of your order.
  • You did not pay for your order.
  • You used a voucher or credit.
  • You used an offer or deal relayed on a private sale site.
  • You used the promotional offer relayed by a Works Council.
  • You browsed other websites during your order (coupon sites, Google, Kelkoo, competing cashback sites, etc.).
  • You used a promo code with a merchant that does not allow stacking codes and cashback.
  • The cashback appears duplicated on My Account / Savings, in which case, only one of the two will be validated.

Your cashback is validated by the merchants. However, for any claim regarding cashback, please contact our Customer Service. Only claims for purchases made more than 48 hours ago and within the last 6 months are accepted.

The cashback is calculated on the pre-tax and pre-shipping amount of your order. Additionally, the announced cashback amount is the maximum already observed by our users with the merchant. It may vary based on specific criteria unique to each merchant (product type, marketplace, etc.). If the amount of your cashback appears incorrect, please contact our Customer Service. Unfortunately, no! Wanteeed does not work retroactively. If you did not activate the Wanteeed extension or did not go through the site, we cannot refund your cashback. Neither you nor we will receive a commission from the merchant.

You both win:

  • Your friend receives £3 in his Wanteeed savings when signing up,
  • And you earn £3 as soon as your friend collects his first cashback

As long as your friend has not made a purchase using Wanteeed, your referral cashback of £3 remains 'Pending'. Once he has received his first cashback, you will also see, within 48 hours of the purchase, a 'Confirmed' referral cashback of £3.

Firstly, make sure that your friend has indeed created his account through your referral link found above. Once his account is created, you will see a £3 referral cashback appear in the 'Savings' section of your account. The status of this cashback will remain 'Pending' until your friend collects his first cashback.

If your friend has successfully registered on Wanteeed through your invitation, and has received his first cashback, but you still do not see your referral cashback, please contact our Customer Service.

It's possible (yes, yes, it's sad, but it happens!) that your friend requests the deletion of his Wanteeed account. Any link between him and you is automatically removed. As a result, the referral cashback associated with your friend disappears, except for cashback already confirmed.

The number of friends you can refer is unlimited. The more you refer, the more you earn!
