The website accessible at https://www.wanteeed.com (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site') is developed, edited, and operated by the company Pimento Bros SAS (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), registered with the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under number 2066037 v 0, with its registered office located at 13 rue des Cordeliers - 33000 Bordeaux, SIRET Number: 818 675 662 00022.

The Company provides its services through the Site and via extensions available for the Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers, identified hereinafter as the 'Extension.'

The hosting of the Site and data storage are provided by the company Google Cloud France SARL ('Google Cloud France'), whose legal address is 8 rue de Londres, 75009 Paris, France.

The use of the Site or the Extension and all functionalities accessible through these means are collectively identified as the 'Wanteeed Services.' Merely browsing the Wanteeed website pages and using the Extension does not require the creation of an account (registration) with the Company. Conversely, using the Wanteeed Services, particularly to obtain earnings or retro-commissions following the purchase of products and services offered by Pimento Bros' Partners, is subject to prior account creation, provided that the user has acknowledged and accepted the terms of these Terms of Service.

These functionalities, known as Cashback, can be operated directly by Pimento Bros or by a white-label partner.

Registration for and use of the Wanteeed Services are reserved for individuals capable of entering into a contract under French law, limited to one Wanteeed User account per person. If you are under 18 years old, you must be authorized by a parent or legal representative to register and use the Wanteeed Service.

Registration and use of the Wanteeed Services are accessible from any country. However, it is the responsibility of the User residing outside the United Kingdom to ensure that the Partners deliver their products or provide their services in the User's country of residence. Similarly, it is the responsibility of the User residing outside the United Kingdom to ensure that the use of the Wanteeed Services complies with the national legislation in force in the User's country of residence.

Upon registration and throughout the duration of using our services, you warrant that the data you provide is accurate and truthful. In case of any modifications to the data provided during your registration on Wanteeed, you undertake to promptly make said modifications on your Wanteeed personal account.

The use of the Site requires acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of these general terms of service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Terms of Service'). The Terms of Service outline the conditions for accessing the Site and using the Wanteeed Services. We invite you to carefully read them. The Terms of Service come into effect upon their publication and apply to all Users.

The Wanteeed User account is strictly personal. Once the necessary conditions for registration are met, you will have a personal identifier (login) and a password. The identifiers and passwords are strictly personal and confidential and must not be disclosed or shared with third parties.

The company reserves the right to terminate the account of any User who distributes or uses these elements contrary to their intended use. Each User is solely responsible for the use of their identification elements by third parties, or for actions or statements made through their personal account, and indemnifies the Company against any claims in this regard.

Access to the Services may be denied to any Member not complying with the Terms of Service. This refusal may take immediate effect, without the need for prior notification. If you disagree with all or part of the content of the Terms of Service, you must immediately leave the Site and cease using the Wanteeed Services. Your use of the Site and/or Wanteeed Services constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Service.

If your registration has been terminated due to the use of the Wanteeed service in violation of these Terms of Service, you will no longer be authorized to use this service.

The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time and will make its best efforts to inform users promptly. It is important that the User regularly reads them, as any modification becomes effective upon its publication.

The Wanteeed Service offers its Users the opportunity to benefit from exclusive commercial offers from Partners, such as promotional codes or discount vouchers (referred to as 'Promotional Offers'), and to earn gains or retro-commissions (in the form of a percentage or predetermined sum) in exchange for online purchases made through the Site or Extension on Partner websites (referred to as 'Cashback' on the Wanteeed Services).

The Promotional Offers are indicated on the Wanteeed Site or Extension. Only the Promotional Offer indicated on the Partner's website at the time of order placement by the User shall be considered and applied to said order.

The maximum amount of Cashback is indicated on the Wanteeed Site or Extension. Only the Cashback amount specified on the Wanteeed Site at the time of order placement by the User shall be considered and reimbursed to the User based on variable remuneration rates by merchant and by product and/or customer typology. If the Cashback is indicated as a percentage, it will be applied to the amount of the purchase made on the Partner's website, excluding taxes and delivery charges.

To benefit from the Cashback, the User must strictly adhere to the following conditions:

• The User must purchase the products and services from Partners through the Site or Extension by clicking on the displayed hyperlinks redirecting to the Partner websites.
• The User must not open new pages in their internet browser (e.g., advertising banners, commercial links, or links to third-party sites) before accessing the Partner's website or while browsing the Partner's website, until the User has finalized their transaction, i.e., validated and paid for their order on the Partner's website.
• The User must not use an ad blocker.
• The User must allow the use of cookies by their browser.

Additionally, it is preferable for the User to use the email address provided at the time of registration for the Wanteeed Services when placing orders on Partner websites.

The User will not be able to benefit from the Wanteeed Services, and their account will not be credited with the corresponding Cashback amount for their orders:

• If the User does not comply with all the aforementioned rules, for each online purchase made on Partner websites.
• In case of cancellation, even partial, of the order for any reason, particularly if the User exercises their right of withdrawal (as provided for in Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code) with the Partner's website.

When the User carries out a transaction on a Partner website via Wanteeed, their account is credited within 48 hours. The Cashback is then recorded with a status of 'pending' in the User's Wallet.

Once the transaction is validated by the Partner, within a period ranging from seven (7) to ninety (90) days, the Cashback status changes to 'approved'. Within this timeframe and in the event that the User exercises their right of withdrawal or cancels their order for any reason, the Cashback will then be canceled. It is specified that the User's Cashback corresponds to a percentage of the commission received by the Company on the sale made by the Partner website.

The Cashback then becomes available once the commission related to the transaction is definitively settled to Pimento Bros by the Partner.

The User can view the accumulated Cashback amount and track its progress when using the Wanteeed service on their user account.

When the available amount in their Wallet reaches the minimum required threshold (twenty euros), the user can request payment from the Company through their personal Wanteeed account (or User account).

Wanteeed may reserve the right to block or cancel a payment request if there is suspicion of fraud brought to its attention. To clarify any suspicions, it may request that the User provide proof of orders, as well as evidence indicating that these were indeed made by the holder of the Wanteeed User Account (copy of identification card, and proof of residence).

Any claim regarding the Cashback to the User account and its payment must be addressed to the customer service via the email address help@wanteeed.com. Only claims for purchases made more than forty-eight (48) hours ago and less than six (6) months ago will be considered.

The User may request payment of the accumulated Cashback in their Wallet, provided that it has reached the available threshold of twenty pounds (20£). Payment of the Cashback is made via bank transfer, once a month at the beginning of the month, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following the User's request.

The content of the Wanteeed Service, including its structure, design, databases, texts, images, and graphical elements composing it, as well as search engine HTML tags (meta-tags), are the exclusive property of the Company, except for content provided by third parties or Users. This content is protected by intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code and any other national or international laws applicable to copyright.

You are authorized to display the pages of the Site on your screen solely for temporary consultation purposes and in accordance with the purpose of the Wanteeed Service as defined in this Agreement. Any reproduction, distribution, or use of all or part of the site's content in any form without the express prior authorization of the Company is prohibited and would constitute an infringement, punishable under articles L.335-2 and subsequent articles of the Intellectual Property Code.

You agree not to engage in extractions through temporary or permanent transfer, or use, by making available to the public, the entirety or a substantial part, in quantitative or qualitative terms, of the Site and other visible databases, for commercial, statistical, or other purposes. Nor to extract or systematically and repeatedly use all or part of the information visible on the Site when such operation evidently exceeds normal and private use of the Wanteeed Services. Additionally, you agree not to exploit, market, or distribute any component of the Company, including information visible on the Site or the Extension and any other databases.

The Site and Wanteeed Services are provided as is. The Company does not guarantee that the operation of the Wanteeed Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. In general, the Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the editorial content and Wanteeed Services.

7.1 Wanteeed Services

The use of Wanteeed Services is done at your sole and entire responsibility. The Company shall not be held liable for your use of services or information offered on the Site or Extension; for damages that may result from the connection between you and any other User or Partner; for mere errors or omissions that may have persisted despite all precautions taken in presenting the service.

In this regard, the Company publishes Promotional Offers on the Wanteeed Site or Extension concerning products and services from Partners and takes all necessary precautions to update these Promotional Offers. However, the Company shall not be held responsible in case of discrepancy between the Promotional Offers displayed on the Wanteeed site and those offered by the Partners on their own website.

Moreover, the Company shall not be held responsible if a Cashback is not paid to a User due to events beyond our control, namely, malfunction on the Wanteeed site or extension (e.g., hyperlinks to Partner websites) or due to actions of the Partner websites (e.g., non-payment of the Wanteeed commission by the Partner).

Furthermore, the User agrees not to use our services to compile User lists by mass contacting Users (spamming) through means of communication not in line with its original functionality.

When a Wanteeed User earns more than 1200€ in Wanteeed gains through cashback in a calendar year (01/01/N to 31/12/N), they must declare it to the Tax Authorities.

7.2 Products and services offered by Partner websites

The Company does not control the products and services offered for sale on Partner websites, including the condition, legality, or suitability of the products and services. Consequently, the Company excludes all liability related to the products and services offered for sale, as well as any potential damages caused by the use and consumption of products and services sold via Wanteeed. Similarly, the Company has no control over advertisements, promotional offers, and other content offered by Partners. In general, the User is solely responsible for verifying the information provided by Partner websites.

The Company never acts as a seller; it solely operates as an intermediary between Users and Partners. Therefore, it cannot be held responsible for purchases made by Users on Partner websites. The liability of the Company will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the disputed order.

7.3 Internet network and accessibility of the Wanteeed site

You acknowledge and agree that the internet network, and generally any telematic network used for data transmission purposes, may have risks related to the absence of protection for certain data against possible misuse and risks of contamination by viruses, and may experience periods of saturation due to bandwidth congestion, disruptions due to technical incidents or maintenance interventions, decisions of companies managing said networks, or any other events beyond the Company's control.

7.4 Data Loss; Other

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or alteration of data, loss of profit, turnover, opportunity, time, or any indirect damages, whether such loss or damage is due to negligence or any other cause related to the execution or non-execution of the Terms of Service.

The Company is not responsible in case of identity theft of a registered User. In the event you have reason to believe that an unauthorized person is using your login information or account, you must immediately inform the Company at the following email address: help@wanteeed.com

The Company's servers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance operations and service interruptions. In case of service interruption caused by events beyond the Company's control (such as a force majeure event) and in case of data loss, the Company undertakes to restore the last saved version of the Site.

7.5. Hyperlinks

The Site or Extension may integrate hyperlinks directing to third-party websites. We cannot in any way be held responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage that may result from the use of content, data, or information of any kind accessible from hyperlinks published on the Site or Extension. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy, coherence, completeness, and compliance with regulations of the information found on third-party websites.

The Company reserves the right to suspend access to Wanteeed Services from time to time for maintenance and site update operations. The Company will endeavor to perform maintenance operations during non-business hours and limit their duration. In the event of emergency maintenance intervention, the Company reserves the right to suspend all or part of access to the Site to carry out necessary technical interventions.

You agree not to use software or manual processes to copy our web pages or to record or collect information on these pages without the prior express written consent of the Company; not to use devices or software to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of our service; not to take any action that would impose a disproportionate burden on our infrastructure. You prohibit yourself from reproducing, altering, modifying, and creating derivative works of all or part of the content of our site.

Similarly, you prohibit any action aimed at circumventing the system put in place for the traceability of User purchases on Partner sites, and more generally any action aimed at obtaining Cashback unduly or artificially.

10.1 Duration

This Agreement comes into effect upon consultation of the pages, when you have installed the Extension, or completed the registration procedure for Wanteeed Services, for an indefinite period.

10.2 Termination

In accordance with Chapter III, Section 3 - Article 17 on the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") of the General Data Protection Regulation, you may terminate this Agreement. This request does not need to be justified and can be made without charge by contacting us directly.

The company may also terminate this Agreement in the following cases:

• in the event of the use of our services contrary to these TOS, and in the case of attempted fraud or any other offense such as (non-exhaustive list):
  attempting to obtain a cashback commission for ineligible orders (cancelled, partially or wholly unpaid, not meeting the conditions of the partnership between Wanteeed and the Partner Merchant);
  the use of robots or automatic computer programs;
  the use of Wanteeed Services undermining the proper functioning of the Services;
  self-referral, i.e., the creation by the same Wanteeed User of two Wanteeed accounts, one referring the other;
  repeated attempts to obtain cashback reserved for new customers for a given merchant (this cashback reserved for new customers can only be received once per Wanteeed User Account or per household).
  In these cases, we will send you a notification email asking you to prove the non-violations of the Terms of Use or to remedy the violations within 48 hours. In the absence of correction within this period, we reserve the right to close your User Account without further notice. Any account closure initiated by the Company will be carried out without prejudice to the compensation of any damage suffered by the Company due to your actions on Wanteeed.
• the User must log into their Wanteeed account regularly, at least every ninety (90) days, to remain active. Beyond 90 days without logging in, the Company reserves the right to delete the User's account. The same applies if the User does not make any validated transactions via the Site or Extension over a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days. In case of account deletion, the User has a period of three (3) months to request reactivation by sending an email to the Company. After this period, the User's data will be permanently deleted from the Company's servers. The accumulated Cashback amount in the concerned User's Wallet will automatically be attributed to the Company.
• this agreement will automatically terminate if you refuse any new version of the Terms of Use, as specified at the beginning of these terms.
  

10.3 Effects of Termination

In the event of termination of this Agreement by the User, the accumulated Cashback by the concerned User will be permanently lost, and the User will not be entitled to any payment if their Wallet is less than twenty pounds (£20) on the day of termination or if the User has not requested payment before termination.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any notification sent to the Company must be addressed by email to help@wanteeed.com

Any notification intended for you will be sent by email to the address you provided during your registration. Notifications are deemed to have been received by you 24 hours after sending an email unless the sender is notified of the invalidity of the email address.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any breach of its obligations under these TOS resulting from events beyond its control, the act of a third party, and/or resulting from a force majeure event. Force majeure events shall include, among others, all strikes, lockouts, including cases of technical disruption, electromagnetic disturbance, system and network failures, and all external electrical and technical problems beyond the parties and preventing communications.

Additional Conditions: As the Site or Wanteeed Extension develops, we may offer additional services and sections. The use of these services and sections may be subject to additional conditions that will be notified to you upon your first use of these services and sections. These additional conditions will be incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference and will have full contractual value.

Independence: The Company, on the one hand, the Users on the other hand, and the Partners on the third hand, are independent parties, each acting on its own behalf and for its own account. These TOS do not create any subordinate relationship, mandate, joint venture, joint enterprise, employer/employee relationship, or franchisor/franchisee relationship between the Company, the Users, and the Partners.

In this respect, the User may in no way present themselves to third parties, especially in the context of recruiting Referrals, as a representative of the Company.

Partial Invalidity: If one or more provisions of these Terms of Use were considered illegal, unenforceable, or inapplicable by a court decision, the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in effect, provided that the overall economy of the contract is not disrupted.

These Terms of Use are subject to French law. FRENCH COURTS WILL HAVE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO RULE ON ANY DISPUTES THAT MAY ARISE BETWEEN THE PARTIES, RELATING TO THE EXECUTION OF THESE TERMS.

These General Terms of Use, including the Data Privacy, and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the User.
